Health Administration Careers

There is a lot that goes into running a medical practice. Health administrators take on the duties that medical professionals like doctors, dentists, and surgeons can't do. A health administrator's duties can include: human resources, finances, filing, billing, essential administrative duties, and patient interaction. Health administrators can work one-on-one with medical professionals in health care offices, work as part of a group of health care administrators in larger offices, or even lead a team of health administrators. By doing the work that doctors, surgeons, and dentists need help with, health administrators perform a vital task in health care offices and through your work, you can help medical professionals save lives.

With flexible class scheduling, financial aid assistance, and over 100 degree programs, University of Phoenix can help you get there.
